Dry Cleaning - What we do

Many people think that the Dry Cleaning process is just that – Dry. It’s exactly the opposite, but instead of water and detergent which might damage your clothes we use a chemical, perclorethylene. This is what happens:

	You arrive at one of our shops and a Customer Services Assistant will discuss your clothes with you, checking any visible care labels, any particularly difficult stains, and any special requirements you may have. These will all be logged in to our computerised system along with your own details, ensuring that your clothes get the personal and individual attention they deserve.
	You will be asked when you would like to collect your items, or if they are to be delivered, on which day you wish them to be returned. You will also be provided with a receipt and cost for our services.
	Your garments are then passed to our Operations Department where they will be weighed and any difficult stains will be removed by hand, using the latest environmentally friendly ultrasonic gun which removes stains by sound waves, amazing!
	All garments are then placed in our high tech dry cleaning machine, with a typical wash cycle of 10-12 minutes. This is followed by a rinse cycle in fresh distilled solution and the machine then extracts 99.99% of all solvent from the garment, guaranteeing no smell of dry cleaning solvent, often a major complaint from other outlets.
	Your garments are then placed in steam cabinet to remove the majority of creasing, they are then hand pressed on the finest quality presses that money can buy and quality checked prior to being expertly packed or wrapped ready for collection or delivery.
